CFM’s team focuses on maximizing the value and return on investment for all managed properties, looking out for the best interest for each property ownership group. CFM is proficient in repositioning a property to increase income, and streamlining operations to reduce expenses. CFM conducts financial reporting, budgeting, long-term financial projections, and cash flow management for the benefit of ownership and lenders. CFM sources and facilitates refinancing efforts, and due diligence for the purchase or disposition of properties.

CFM’s extensive record of working successfully with local and state government and other civic organizations ensures effective and smooth development of property. CFM has over 50 years of experience assisting users of office, industrial, and retail suites and other business owners looking to relocate their existing facility, or expand and open additional units throughout the Midwest and Florida. CFM has vast experience in drafting and negotiating leases, proposals and renewals.
Project and Construction Management
CFM guides any real estate project, including: physical and financial due diligence for acquisitions or refinancing, insurance claims management, property tax appeals, determining asset value, risk management, and property management software implementation.
